Oh Emalee and Andrew. Harborside has had the opportunity of watching their love story unfold. Emalee is the daughter of Harborside Christian Church’s senior pastor, Kurt Parker, and Andrew was an intern at the church two summers ago.

One thing many people do not know about Emalee is that she is an amazing fisher. Andrew’s love for Emalee started when they went of a fishing trip with her brother. Emalee was the only one to catch a fish that evening. After they docked the boat, Emalee had not only cleaned the fish but also filleted it. She then took it home that evening and cooked it for dinner for all three of them. She is not only beautiful but can catch, clean, and cook her own food. Can you say the perfect package??

Andrew was smitten and asked her to marry him two year later before she graduated from Palm Beach Atlantic University.

They were married on October 14th on the most beautiful fall day. When we arrived at the Chapel that morning, Emalee and her bridesmaids were buzzing with anticipation for the day. You could hear nothing but giggles and excitement coming from the bridal suite where they got both their hair and makeup completed.

This ceremony was filled with emotional details. Andrew and Emalee decided to have a first touch, exchange letters that morning, and write their own vows. They also included a unity candle and communion into their ceremony.
